Abdul Khan, MD

 

Dr. Khan earned his medical degree from Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh, where he also completed a rotating internship. His completed his internal medicine residency at Queens Hospital Center in New York and his neurology residency at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, where he served as Chief Resident and participated in headache management research. Dr. Khan also attended Tulane University as a student in the Department of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Khan was a practicing Neurologist in Denison, Texas, before joining Ochsner in the Fall of 2002. His professional interests include headaches, movement disorders, epilepsy and neuromuscular disease. He is fluent in English, Bengali and Parsi.
